1. Privacy Policy
I am committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through this website—including names, email addresses, phone numbers, or session details—is used solely for communication, booking, and service delivery. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
2. Booking & Reservation Policy
Session dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are secured only when the required deposit is received. Inquiries alone do not guarantee availability.
3. Payment & Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due by the date of the session. Payments may be made via cash, venmo, apple pay, or zelle. Late payments may result in delays in service delivery or cancellation of the session at the photographer’s discretion.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their session by providing written notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date if rescheduled with photographer. Cancellations made without sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of all fees paid. If the photographer must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of photography services, all fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
6. Weather Policy
For outdoor sessions affected by adverse weather conditions, the photographer will work with the client to reschedule at no additional cost. In the event of illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control, both parties agree to reschedule the session as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Turnaround Time & Delivery Policy
Final galleries are delivered within a month after the session takes place. Exceptions may include events, weddings, or special requests discussed with photographer. Rush editing may be available for an additional charge upon request. Delivery may be impacted by peak seasons and project complexity. All galleries will remain available for 30 days following the session. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files. The photographer does not guarantee long-term file storage beyond the stated timeframe.
8. Editing & Retouching Policy
All delivered images are professionally edited for color, exposure, and overall quality. Standard retouching may include skin smoothing and minor distractions removal. Additional or advanced retouching requests may incur an extra fee. RAW or unedited files are not provided under any circumstance. Photo selection of edited images is left entirely to the discretion of the photographer. Further edits may be requested, but are not guaranteed.
9. Copyright & Usage Rights Policy
The photographer retains full copyright to all images created. Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to download, print, and share images for non-commercial purposes. Images may not be altered, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Commercial clients will receive a usage license tailored to their project.
10. Model Release Policy
By booking a session, clients grant the photographer permission to use selected images for portfolio, website, advertising, and social media purposes unless a written request for privacy is submitted prior to the session. Clients who choose to opt out of public use will be fully respected.
11. Client Conduct & Session Expectations
Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or the need to reschedule. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may lead to the session being paused or terminated without refund. For sessions involving children or groups, the client is responsible for ensuring cooperation and safety. Failure of client to participate in shoot is not the photographer’s responsibility. Photographer reserves the right to refuse service should they feel endangered or disrespected.
12. On-Location & Studio Safety Policy
Safety is the highest priority. Clients agree to follow all safety instructions during the session. The photographer reserves the right to stop or relocate a session if conditions become hazardous—including unsafe weather, unstable environments, or unsafe behavior. Children must be supervised at all times.
13. Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at sessions with prior notice. All pets must be supervised and kept on a leash or in a secure carrier. Owners are responsible for managing behavior and bringing any needed supplies. An additional fee of $20 per pet applies and is due at booking. If a pet becomes unsafe, overly disruptive, or poses a risk to equipment or people, the photographer may pause or end the session without refund.
